Charlie boy at Miles Inn is really good. Great atmosphere for a small bar.

This place is the bomb dot com. Down home place with cold beer and good prices

Late afternoon visit !Had a Charlie Boy loosemeat sandwich! It was not very good.Just warm, not fresh, left over lunch product I'm thinking.They need improvement on their sandwiches. Most folks go for the schooners of beer, so I'm sure they'll survive!

Oh yeah!!! Another trip to Miles for Charlie Boys and a schooner. We live out of town so we don't get the chance to eat here as often as we used to. As usual the Charlie Boys were extremely tasty and the beer ice cold. Another great eating and drinking experience at Smiles with Miles.

As I awaited at a table for my friend, a lady sat at the bar. She kept turning towards me. It appeared she was holding tickets to something. Finally, she walked over to me. I thought maybe sure worked there. But what i found out was she was hustling me to give her cash for the tickets she had Tickets she acquired while gambling on one of the machines in the place. she was going to give me a "deal" if I gave her money for her tickets so she could get more cash. Irritated that she was trying to hustle, and want me to encourage more gambling, I said no thank you. she said the tickets could pay for my beers and food. I still said no. I then told the bar tender she was soliciting for cash. He stated she had been in before and gotten tickets. I hope they talk to her to not solicit in the spot where we come to relax.

My favorite bar for over 15 years. A little bit more expensive the it was years ago but who can turn down a Schooner and a Charlie Boy!

Few places are as timeless as the Miles Inn. It’s exactly the same place as it was in 2003, when I first visited it; I have been told it’s also the same as it was in the 1960s. The beer is served in 20 oz goblets and is a great deal. The Charlie Boys are loose meat sandwiches that are tasty and reasonably priced

First bar I went to in Sioux City, it did not disappoint! A scooner is the best way to enjoy any alcoholic beverage, and the taverns are unlike any other!

They had no Killians on tap nor my second choice. They are not quite ready to open. The Charly boy was good as usual.

Have eaten here 40+ years, good but slowly changing the Charlie Boys....hate the new buns, too doughty.

Incredible! This is what a neighborhood bar is supposed to be. The building, the staff, even the bar itself, is what I think of when I think of a bar. And the Charlie Boy is the ultimate bar food. I am only in town for a couple of days, but I will be back. And when I am back in town, Miles Inn will be one of the first places I go.
